A beauty journey that began in 2016<\/h2><\/div>

The history of Group<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Michele Encke.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and our team is a tale of determination, growth and excellence in the world of beauty. In less than a decade, we have transformed a small salon into Queijas<\/strong> in a business group with a network of renowned beauty salons in the region of Lisbon and the Tagus Valley.<\/strong><\/p>

It all started in 2016, when\u00a0Michele Emcke<\/em>\u00a0was the only professional available in\u00a0Queijas<\/strong>\u00a0- Oeiras<\/strong>. With skill and dedication, he won the hearts of his customers, attracting a loyal and growing clientele. As the hairdressing<\/strong>\u00a0was thriving, it became clear that the team needed to be expanded to keep up with growing demand and to be able to provide other services.<\/p>

In 2017, history repeated itself when we opened the second salon, this time in the Laranjeiras<\/strong>\u00a0- Lisbon<\/strong>once again with the\u00a0Michele Emcke<\/em> leading the team. This time, growth was even faster, with new technicians hired to cater for the growing clientele.<\/p>

The next step came in 2021, with the opening of the show at the\u00a0Entroncamento<\/strong>driven by the change of residence of the partners Michele Emcke<\/em> and Ricardo Pedro<\/em> for the area. In 2022, we became a business group, when the partners Michele Emcke<\/em> and Ricardo Pedro<\/em> have acquired the renowned aesthetics and perfumery clinic \"Espuma de Sab\u00e3o - Est\u00e9tica e Perfumaria, Lda<\/em><\/strong>\" in\u00a0Abrantes<\/strong>thus expanding its services to a new region.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In 2023 came the latest addition to the salon family, with the opening of the shop at\u00a0Charneca da Caparica - Margem Sul<\/strong>this time in partnership with a former colleague\u00a0Suellen Aires<\/em><\/strong>. This new development stood out for its innovative design and the introduction of a bar, creating a unique environment for customers to enjoy its beauty services.<\/p>

Today Group<\/strong><\/em> Michele Encke.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has five units, all maintaining the same concept of excellence, work protocols and organic products of the brands\u00a0Philip Martin's<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Helen Seward<\/em><\/strong>. The company's advanced online booking system and customer database allow for unique personalisation of the services offered, while its commitment to good service, professionalism and enhanced online marketing has driven the company's continued success.<\/p>

In addition, a strategic partnership with the Spanish company\u00a0CCONT - Consulting and Concept Training<\/em><\/strong>, the Italian brand's supplier\u00a0Philip Martin's<\/em><\/strong>has provided essential support in management and training, further strengthening Michele Encke's growth and presence in the beauty market.<\/p>
